Specializing in Income Tax matters, he represents clients before the highest Income Tax Authorities. As the senior partner, he oversees the firm's overall management and advises prominent clients on tax planning and business management.
Additionally, he is actively involved in social initiatives, promoting education at all levels, and offers scholarship programs to support aspiring students in need.
CA Ankith Shetty
Lead - Virtual CFO Services
A Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), joined the firm in 2013, brings decades of experience in assisting multinational companies with establishing their operations in India. He currently specializes in offering Financial Budgeting and Forecasting, Strategic Advisory, Cashflow Management and Key Performance Indicators setting and monitoring packaged as Virtual CFO Services to clients.
Ankith is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting from ACCA, along with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He has a passion for setting up systems and processes, both internally and for clients, to enhance the reliability of business operations. A tech enthusiast, Ankith is keen on integrating the latest technology to automate practices and elevate the customer experience.
He currently leads the Virtual CFO and Outsourcing practice at the firm.
CA Sarvothama Shetty
Lead - Corporate Tax
A Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), joined the firm in 2013. He specializes in Income Tax Law and labor law compliance, along with comprehensive tax planning and return filing for individuals, HUFs, firms, companies, and trusts. He also represents clients before Income Tax authorities up to the Commissioner appeal’s level.
Mr. Shetty brings extensive experience in accounts, audit, budgeting, taxation, and TDS, including obtaining lower TDS certificates for both individuals and companies. His expertise spans in working with corporates in Technology, Manufacturing, Trading, Healthcare and Hospitality Sector.
Additionally, he manages company incorporation, annual return filings, and secretarial compliance, such as changes in company name, objectives, or registered office. He assists clients with various registrations, including Professional Tax, GST, and IEC.
CA Bharathish Upadhyay
Lead: Tax Advisory
A Commerce graduate and Chartered Accountant, manages the operations of the Kundapura (Koteshwara) branch. Joined the Firm in 2022, he is actively involved in providing comprehensive, multi-disciplinary services across key verticals, including Taxation, Regulatory Compliance, Advisory, and Audit & Assurance.
He currently leads the Bank Audits and Public Sector Company Audits at the firm.

A Commerce graduate, Licensed Company Secretary (LCS), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), currently leads the Mysore branch operations. Joined the Firm in 2013 having a versatile background in auditing within IS environments and direct taxation, he has extensive experience in auditing various entities, including banks, public sector undertakings, and both corporate and non-corporate entities. In addition, he is actively involved in company incorporation, compliance services, business setup, and other related business services.

Lead- Tax Audit
A Commerce graduate and Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), Joined the Firm in 2019, he oversees taxation and auditing matters. His expertise includes income tax return filing, income tax audits, and statutory audits, with a specialization in tax and statutory audits for companies and firms. He also has experience in internal and concurrent audits of banks and is proficient in accounting and bookkeeping.
Currently, he leads the Statutory Audit team at the firm.

Lead- GST Compliance
A Commerce graduate and Associate member of ICAI. Joined the Firm in 2022. He specializes in indirect taxation and auditing, with a focus on Goods and Services Tax (GST) return filing, consultancy, and GST audits. He also has experience in internal and concurrent audits of banks and is skilled in accounting and bookkeeping.
Currently, he leads the GST division at the Hubballi branch of BCS.

Lead – GST Advisory
A Chartered Accountant and Commerce graduate, brings expertise in taxation and compliance for the IT, real estate, and manufacturing sectors. Joined the Firm in 2024, after completing his internship at the firm and working as manager, he is skilled in statutory and internal audits, taxation, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, bookkeeping, inventory management, due diligence, and business advisory. He is dedicated to staying current with the latest financial reforms and enhancing financial transparency for his clients.
Currently, he leads the GST practice at the Bangalore branch of BCS.

A Commerce graduate and Associate member of ICAI, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in finance and accounting. Joined the Firm in 2024. He served as an Equity Analyst at M/s. G Turns Data Consultants Private Limited, where he honed his skills in financial analysis and investment strategies. Additionally, he has trained a significant number of students in accounting, taxation, and career guidance, showcasing his commitment to nurturing the next generation of finance professionals.
Currently, he leads the Statutory Audit team at the Hubli branch of BCS.
CA Satya Murthy Pala
Lead- Risk Advisory
A Commerce graduate and Associate member of ICAI. Also holds master’s in politics. He has over 2.5 years of risk advisory expertise with PwC India.
His experience and skill in internal controls helps to give high-quality audit and assurance services to customers across diverse industries namely pharmaceuticals, healthcare, IT-ITeS, and real estate.
His expertise lies in ensuring robust financial processes and compliance within organizations. He successfully delivered internal audit reports for various listed entities. These reports play a crucial role in assessing risk, improving controls, and enhancing transparency.
He leverages evolving technology in the field of commerce to meet the growing financial needs of the market. Whether it’s digital transformation, data analytics, or exploring blockchain and cryptocurrencies, He stay informed and adaptable.
Currently he leads the Hyderabad branch of BCS providing complete statutory and advisory services to clients.
CA Deepika Krishnamurthy
Lead - Ind AS
A Commerce graduate and Associate member of ICAI. Deepika brings a diverse background, combining experience from both Big Four firms and Tier II firms. With over 12 years of expertise in auditing, she excels in audits for both corporate and non-corporate entities.
Her core competencies lie in statutory audits, internal audits, and IFC (Internal Financial Controls) audits. Deepika has a strong focus on statutory audits, particularly in the areas of start-up and SME audits, where she has developed significant expertise.
Currently, she leads the Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) Implementation team at the Malleswaram branch of BCS.
CA Bhairavi B Yellurkar
Lead - Finance Controllership
Associate member of ICAI. She brings substantial financial expertise to the forefront. She has held leadership positions in Finance across various startups, including roles at different organizations.
Throughout her experience with startups, Bhairavi has managed the entire finance, accounts, payroll, and compliance departments. She actively engaged in MIS reporting, made pricing decisions, conducted budget assessments, participated in financial modeling, and secured funding. Skillfully handling a variety of payments, collaborating with auditors, and ensuring regulatory compliance through meticulous GST, TDS & PT filings, Bhairavi has successfully implemented Zoho Books, Payroll, and People, streamlining financial processes seamlessly.
She is proficient in both accounting software and laws. Bhairavi's adept problem-solving skills and financial acumen position her as an asset in any financial management scenario.

A Commerce graduate and Associate member of ICAI with 6.5 years of professional experience. Dinesh is responsible for managing tax and statutory audits for both companies and firms. His expertise spans internal audits, MIS reporting, due diligence, transfer pricing studies, and streamlining accounting processes for start-ups.
Additionally, he has considerable experience in representing clients during assessments and appeals

A commerce graduate, serving as the Audit Manager at B C Shetty & Co. After completing his articleship with the firm, he joined BCS and now brings over 8 years of experience. He specializes in Internal, Concurrent, Statutory, and Tax Audits, with additional expertise in auditing government companies.
Currently, he leads the Tax Audit team at the whitefield branch of BCS.
Mr. Shiva Shankara Manja

A Commerce graduate, currently serves as a CRM at B C Shetty & Co., where he assists with the payroll process and plays an active role in building client relationships. With 40 years of experience, he brings a wealth of expertise across HR compliance, accounts payable & receivable, payroll administration, supply chain management, accounting functions, and process simplification & automation.
He leads customer relationship initiatives at the firm ensuring positive feedback from clients and addressing issues if any.
